Advertising Solutions), trade names, images, photos, illustrations, audio clips, video clips and music are copyrighted intellectual property, protected by the 17 U.S.C. § 512, Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Moreover, all "Online Materials" are federally protected by any applicable law set forth by the United States of America and any International laws thereof.
All usage rights of our "Online Materials" are owned and controlled by the "PLMIC, LLC. With the exception of the readily able downloading methods of modern day Internet browsers viewing content as public in nature, you, the visitor, may download "Online Materials" only when authorized by the "PLMIC, LLC" for non-commercial use. Any attempts to modify any "Online Materials", or to defeat or circumvent our security features are prohibited.

The following objects must be included in your copyright infringement claim:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

(Product Life Cycle Management Information Center) to locate the material.
