The PLMIC, LLC disclaims any responsibility for the content of any third party
materials provided through or on the www.pdmic.com and www.plmic.com websites
and any website forwarding domains that may be pointing to the www.pdmic.com
and/or www.plmic.com websites or any other portal, gateway, IP address or any
other access point to our "global computer network". All PLMIC Client
Advertisers are responsible for their own trademarks, service marks, copyrights
or registry claims.
Anything you download, including, without limitation; any software, products,
services, plus all files, all images incorporated in or generated by the
software or service and all data accompanying it, may not necessary be owned by
PLMIC directly and in fact owned by a PLMIC Client Advertiser. Any content
provided throughout our global computer network if not marked otherwise, is
still protected and bound by the same copyright privileges deemed by PLMIC, LLC.

PLMIC, LLC Client Advertisers do not transfer title of their software, products
or services to you by listing their material on the PLMIC website(s). This means
that our Client Advertisers retain full and complete title to their software,
products or services and to all of the associated intellectual-property rights.
You're not allowed to redistribute, post on home or business networks, sell the
material, reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise convert any material owned
by a given PLMIC Client Advertiser without written consent by the PLMIC Client
Advertiser.
The PLMIC, LLC desires to respect all copyrights and to respond accordingly when
notified of the infringement of those rights. Therefore, and in compliance with
17 U.S.C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"); if you
believe that rights a PLMIC Client Advertiser is claiming belong to you, please

The following objects must be included in your copyright
infringement claim:

PLMIC,
LLC

PLMIC
Client
Advertiser
that
is
allegedly
infringing
on
the
complaining
party's
copyright,
trademarked,
or
service
marked
material;
name,
address,
link
or
ad
on
the
PLMIC,
business
name,
and/or
ant
other
viable
information
that
would
better
help
resolve
the
algid
infringement.

A
physical
or
electronic
signature
of a
person
authorized
to
act
on
behalf
of
the
owner
of
an
exclusive
right
that
is
allegedly
infringed.

Identification
of
the
copyrighted
work
claimed
to
have
been
infringed,
or,
if
multiple
copyrighted
works
at a
single
online
site
are
covered
by a
single
notification,
a
representative
list
of
such
works
at
that
site.

Identification
of
the
material
that
is
claimed
to
be
infringing
or
to
be
the
subject
of
infringing
activity
and
that
is
to
be
removed
or
access
to
which
is
to
be
disabled,
and
information
reasonably
sufficient
to
permit
the
"PLMIC,
LLC."
