All “Online Materials”, on all "PLMIC, LLC." (Product Lifecycle Management Information Center) websites, including, without limitation, services, products, text, software, names, logos, trademarks (such as PLMIC™), service marks (such as FlexPLMSM Advertising Solutions), trade names, images, photos, illustrations, audio clips, video clips and music are copyrighted intellectual property, protected by the 17 U.S.C. § 512, Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and is also federally protected by any applicable law set forth by the United States of America.

All usage rights of our “Online Materials” are owned and controlled by the "PLMIC, LLC." (Product Lifecycle Management Information Center). You, the visitor, may download “Online Materials” only when authorized by the "PLMIC, LLC." for non-commercial use. Any attempts to modify any “Online Material”, or to defeat or circumvent our security features are prohibited.

Everything you download, including, without limitation, any software, products, services, plus all files, all images incorporated in or generated by the software or service and all data accompanying it, is considered licensed to you by the "PLMIC, LLC." This means that we retain full and complete title to the software, products or services and to all of the associated intellectual-property rights. The following objects must be included in your copyright infringement claim:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the "PLMIC, LLC." (Product Lifecycle Management Information Center) to locate the material.

  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the "PLMIC, LLC." (Product Lifecycle Management Information Center) to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
